About Us
Proactive support: connection before crisis
A healthy culture with strong employee relationships is more important than ever, but the current nature of organizational mental health makes it harder than ever to create workplace well-being.
That's why we created the world's first proactive mental health training and support platform. We're here to help your organization move upstream to improve productivity and employee mental wellness through training, technology, and multiple touchpoints.

Who we are and what we value
Collaborative
We know that "we" is greater than "me." We have respect for and confidence in each other. We form bonds of trust and know we are not alone.
Diverse
We celebrate other's differences, accept them for who they are, and let go of judgments. We continuously explore new ideas and ways of thinking.
Pioneering
We aren’t afraid of challenging the status quo. We have vision and know change happens when we take risks, are fearless, and fail forward.
Fun-loving
We hold a light-hearted attitude and approach for life. We laugh, we love, we enjoy the journey—no matter where it might take us.
Transparent
We boldly show up as ourselves—the good, bad, and ugly; the glad, sad, and scared. We know openness, vulnerability, and authenticity make us...US.
Wholehearted
We are quietly confident, kind, compassionate, self-assured, and service-based. We are the light and the change we want to see in the world.
Open-minded
We have a thirst for learning. We know being curious drives change, and creativity comes from humility, which is the path to new understanding.
Transformative
We embody a growth mindset and focus on going within to gain the kind of insight that facilitates measurable, sustainable change.
"There is help available for everyone. We all know someone who is suffering or has suffered from mental health or addiction issues, and due to the nature of the topic, it's tough to talk about in the workplace. People don’t feel safe to ask for help because they are afraid of losing their job. Current EAP options do not adequately address the real issues or solve any problems related to the organization.
Until now, there has not been a good way to proactively address these issues in the workplace or provide resources to do something about it. Blunovus has the understanding and compassion to make a difference and help those who are impacted."
